Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• Experience managing a remote or centralized team.
• Strong data-driven performance management skills.
• Solid knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.
• Experience with Looker and analytics for decision making.
• Experience with lean, Kaizen and process improvement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance).
• Experience with remote prescription verification and patient consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility using Looker; inform decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to maintain coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for compliant operations.
• Lead change and implement new workflows and technologies.
• Maintain proficiency across systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) to optimize workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety in all operations.
• Handle escalations as a licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
