Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school.
• Experience leading remote/pharmacy teams and supervising pharmacists.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.
• Proven ability to manage remote workflow, verification, and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote team of pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and consultations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, and patient experience; set clear expectations.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility for operations using Looker and other tools.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to optimize workflows.
• Drive training programs and quality assurance to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Support implementation of new workflows and technology to improve efficiency.
