Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations. You will drive performance, quality, and patient experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a PharmD, active U.S. pharmacist license, and proven leadership in a high-volume pharmacy environment. This remote leadership position supports nationwide patient care and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching, developing, and providing performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee daily team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure proper coverage for patient demand.
• Collaborate with Care leaders to implement training and QA programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
