Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a remote team of pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations. You will oversee daily performance, quality, and patient experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has PharmD, 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy, experience managing others, and strong data skills to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license.
• Experience leading or supervising pharmacists in remote or centralized pharmacy operations.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations and patient safety compliance.
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and consultations.
• Oversee daily team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting for Remote Pharmacist operations and use data to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management and Care leadership for coverage and staffing needs.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and operational changes; translate into clear team expectations.
