Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy operations. You will drive performance, coaching, and standards to balance patient safety with efficiency.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management, using Looker and other tools to optimize workflows and staffing. A PharmD and US licensure are required for a high-volume, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification and patient consultations.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to use metrics for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and consultations.
• Oversee daily team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and visibility for operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage with Care leadership.
• Partner with leaders to design training and QA programs for consistent operations.
• Drive change by implementing new workflows and tools and ensuring adoption.
• Develop proficiency across pharmacy systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato).
• Step into frontline work as needed to maintain service levels and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
