Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality clinical services, including remote verification and patient consultations. You will drive performance, coach staff, and partner with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce teams to improve workflows while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD, active U.S. license, and 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy with 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

Active pharmacist license in good standing in the U.S.
4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy
2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
Experience coaching and developing a team
Experience in prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows
Ability to use data to drive performance improvements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor Remote Pharmacists for verification and consultations
Oversee service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
Develop reporting and monitor performance trends
Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage
Design training and quality assurance programs
Lead change and implement new workflows and tools
Build expertise across pharmacy systems and tools
Support frontline operations and participate in coverage rotations
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage escalations
