Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering verification, patient consultations and clinical operations in a fast-paced, tech-enabled setting. You will use data to drive performance, plan staffing, and coach staff while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and patient safety.

A PharmD and active U.S. license are required; multi-state licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, clear pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, including verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
• PharmD degree from an accredited school.
• Active pharmacist license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Remote Pharmacists handling verification and consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and use data to drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs.
• Implement new workflows and changes with clear expectations.
• Build proficiency across systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato).
• Support frontline operations and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal requirements.
• Manage escalations with cross-functional teams.
