Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access center and reimbursement staff. You’ll supervise up to 20 staff, drive KPIs, and ensure high-quality customer service for 1-2 clients.

Flexible, full-time remote work with US-wide scope. The role emphasizes staff development, SOP maintenance, and collaboration with senior leaders to optimize program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members and provide daily support ensuring team members can perform job responsibilities.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a 100% remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions specific to the program.
• Coordinate and deliver recurring reviews of program metrics / dashboards for senior leaders.
• Assess/test/approve program changes including IT, platform upgrades, and business rules.
• Report system issues that can impact CRM and productivity.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and make personnel recommendations.
• Coordinate with leadership for corrective action when needed.
• Monitor program adherence, quality, attendance and address accordingly.
• Report Corrective and Preventative Actions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with partners to address complex program issues.
• Conduct development-focused 1x1s with team members.
• Prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Maintain contact with clients and 3rd party partners.
• Contribute to quarterly business reviews for clients.
• Seek and implement process efficiencies to reduce manual work.
• Host regular team meetings to discuss updates, SLAs/KPIs and trends.
