Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is hiring a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access team and reimbursement staff. You will supervise, coach, and ensure adherence to client contracts and SOPs while driving quality and retention.

This full-time role supports 1-2 clients and requires strong leadership, communication, and IT proficiency. Anticipated salary range starts at $68,500 and goes to $87,930 with full benefits for a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Travel may be needed up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members and provide daily support ensuring team members can perform their job responsibilities.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a 100% remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions specific to the program.
• Coordinate and deliver recurring reviews of program metrics with senior leaders.
• Assess and approve program changes including IT platform upgrades and business rules.
• Report system issues affecting CRM and productivity in a timely manner.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to senior leaders.
• Coordinate with leadership to determine corrective actions including termination when applicable.
