Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks an experienced Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a remote patient access and reimbursement team. You will oversee up to 20 staff, supervise customer service and enrollment activities, and ensure KPIs align with client contracts and SOPs.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for success. This full-time remote role requires 3-5 years in patient support programs, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions for the program.
• Review program metrics and dashboards with senior leaders.
• Coordinate with leadership on corrective actions and process improvements.
• Manage timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, interview candidates, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for clients (virtual or in-person).
• Ensure adherence to program guidelines and KPIs.
