Job summary

PharmD and a valid US license are required; 4+ years in a high‑volume setting with leadership experience. Remote workflows and cross‑functional collaboration are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high‑volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team and setting performance expectations.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Use data to identify trends, drive improvements, and monitor performance.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Operations leadership.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs to ensure safe, compliant care.
