Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a remote customer service and enrollment team, guiding reimbursement staff and monitoring KPIs per client contracts. The role focuses on staff development, operational excellence, and process improvement to ensure high-quality service and long-term client retention.

You will oversee up to 20 team members, develop SOPs, and coordinate with senior leaders on program metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel pivot tables; basic formulas.
• Travel may be needed up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions specific to the program.
• Coordinate and deliver recurring reviews of program metrics and dashboards to senior leaders.
• Assess and approve program changes including IT platform upgrades and business rules.
