Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience leading pharmacists in remote or centralized operations.
• Experience managing and coaching a team with performance feedback.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
• Experience using data/reporting tools (Looker) to monitor performance.
• Experience implementing new pharmacy workflows and tech.
• Proficiency with remote workflows and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification, consultations and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience; set clear expectations and address gaps.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for operations; use data trends to drive improvements.
• Partner with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and safety.
• Lead implementation of new workflows, tools, and changes; ensure adoption and execution.
• Maintain proficiency across pharmacy systems and workflows; support frontline operations.
