Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality pharmacy services, remote verification, and patient consultations. Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy.
• Experience managing a remote or centralized pharmacy team.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.
• Lean/Kaizen or continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Looker and project tools.
• Experience with Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance and other Pharmacy Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience; set and monitor expectations.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations; act on trends to improve workflows.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Design and implement training and quality assurance programs for safety and compliance.
• Lead change management for new workflows, tools, and programs across the team.
• Maintain frontline workflow proficiency and ensure adherence to regulations.
