Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: PharmD from an accredited school.
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists for remote verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new workflows and tooling.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline pharmacy workflows and participate in coverage rotations.
