Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality care, including remote verification and patient consultations. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to optimize patient care

Qualifications

• Active, clear pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience working in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and patient demand; ensure coverage.
• Partner with Care leaders to develop training and quality assurance programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage escalations.
