Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations and other clinical pharmacy operations. You will ensure service levels, quality and patient experience while partnering with Pharmacy Operations, Product and Workforce Management to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD, 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy, and proven experience coaching teams, using data to drive improvements,

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy
• Experience coaching and developing a team with clear performance expectations
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations
• Ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements
• Supervisory experience in remote or centralized pharmacy operations
• Experience leading change and implementing new workflows/techologies

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists handling remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience; establish expectations and address gaps.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility; use data to drive improvements in team performance and workflows.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to maintain appropriate staffing coverage.
• Partner with Care leaders to develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead through change by implementing new workflows and tools and ensuring adoption.
• Maintain proficiency across systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) and improve workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety; support frontline operations as needed.
• Manage escalations and ensure pharmacists remain in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
