Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality remote pharmacy services including verification and patient consultations.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD, extensive experience in a high-volume pharmacy, and a proven track record in process improvement, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Workforce Management. This role is remote with strong operational visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations and remote or centralized pharmacy settings.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team, set performance expectations, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for compliant operations.
• Support adoption of new workflows, tools, and regulatory changes across teams.
