Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a remote team of Pharmacists delivering remote verification, patient consultations, and clinical operations.

You will drive performance with data, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve patient care and workflow efficiency. This is a remote, US-wide role with significant scale and impact.

Qualifications

• Active, clear pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team.
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, manage performance, and drive improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and lead in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety requirements, and compliance standards.
• Education: PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and demand; ensure coverage with Care leadership.
• Partner with Care leaders to develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Translate changes into clear expectations and ensure adoption across the team.
• Develop proficiency across systems and tools (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) to optimize workflows.
• Maintain frontline pharmacy workflow proficiency and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure team operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
