Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.

The ideal candidate will use data to drive performance improvements, maintain high patient safety standards, and ensure regulatory compliance across all workflows. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and hands-on involvement in frontline pharmacy

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting for Remote Pharmacist operations and use data to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management to optimize workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
