Lumicera Health Services is expanding its Intake Specialist team to enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and ensure complete patient records. The Intake Specialist I will translate prescription information for dispensing software and may assist with prior authorizations.

Under supervision from the Assoc. Manager, Patient Support Services, this role emphasizes phone outreach, data accuracy, and interdepartmental collaboration to support specialty pharmacy operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Hours 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri; schedule varies with dept. needs.

Responsabilidades

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services incl. care management and copay programs.
• Answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage assigned workflow queues with accuracy and documentation.
• Comply with all applicable federal and state laws and ethics standards.
• Assist other areas of the facility as needed.
