Lumicera is seeking an Intake Specialist I to enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and ensure complete patient records, including demographics, allergies, medication history, comorbidities, and payer information. The role focuses on placing calls, triaging information, and supporting providers and insurers in the intake process.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state.
• Two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay assistance, billing).
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage assigned workflow queues.
• Document information and prescription order setup accurately and thoroughly.
• Adhere to applicable laws and ethical standards; maintain compliance.
• Other duties as assigned
