Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist with strong informatics expertise to support the medication EHR and drive evidence-based practice. The role interfaces with clinicians and technical teams to optimize workflows and safety.

The ideal candidate will hold a Pharmacy degree, EPIC Willow certification, and undergo residency training in informatics or PGY2 in pharmacy informatics. This is a fully remote role with standard first-shift hours and opportunities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with pharmacy informatics focus.
• Certification in EPIC Willow within 6 months of start.
• Education: PharmD preferred or PGY residency track in informatics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clinicians and IT/clinical informatics teams.
• Develop informatics plans, data analyses, and systems to improve medication safety.
• Design and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice and patient care.
• Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems and workflows.
• Support regulatory compliance related to informatics and medication workflows.
