Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informaticist to support medication-use workflows through clinical informatics and EHR optimization. The role emphasizes collaboration between clinicians and IT to advance safety and quality of care.

The ideal candidate will hold a PharmD, pursue EPIC Willow certification, and participate in ongoing education while supporting enterprise-level informatics projects remotely with standard shifts.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• EPIC Willow certification (preferred) and ongoing education to maintain certification.
• PGY1 residency, and PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics residency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice.
• Design, evaluate, and implement EHR build to support clinical practice and patient safety.
• Consult with providers and clinicians to evaluate information systems and improve medication workflows.
• Provide training and support for informatics solutions and data analytics to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
