Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacist Informatics professional to support medication-related electronic health record workflows in a remote, first-shift role. The candidate will leverage informatics expertise to improve medication safety and clinical practice through EPIC Willow builds and data analysis.
The role requires licensure and a PharmD or PGY1/PGY2 residency in informatics, with preferred additional certifications.
Formación
- Pharmacist licensure and current registration.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
- EPIC Willow certification within 6 months of hire.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as liaison between clinicians and informatics teams to optimize workflows.
- Develop informatics plans, perform data analysis, and design systems to improve medication safety.
- Design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice and patient care.
- Consult with providers and leaders to assess information systems and regulatory needs.
- Support analytics to drive performance improvements across medication workflows.
