Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics professional to support the medication EHR and clinical workflows from a remote first shift. You will leverage pharmacist expertise and informatics to analyze data, design EHR builds, and collaborate with clinicians and leaders to optimize patient care and safety.

The role requires a PharmD or PGY1/PGY2 residency in informatics, EPIC Willow certification, and strong communication. Remote work is supported for select states with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• EPIC Willow certification required.
• PGY1 residency and PGY2 residency preferred in pharmacy informatics.

Responsibilities

• Develops informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance practice.
• Designs and implements new EHR build to support clinical practice.
• Consults with providers to evaluate information systems and improve medication workflows.
• Supports informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
• Creates data analytics to facilitate data review and performance.
