Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Informatics professional to support the medication electronic health record and informatics initiatives. You will collaborate with clinicians and IT to translate clinical needs into system builds, develop analytics, and improve medication safety and workflows.

The role requires 3 years of pharmacist experience (or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics) and EPIC Willow certification is preferred. Remote-first with first-shift hours; on-call as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (required).
• 3 years pharmacist experience or PGY1+PGY2 in pharmacy informatics preferred.
• EPIC Willow certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage clinician and informatics skills to support the medication EHR build.
• Develop informatics plans, data analyses, and systems to advance evidence-based practice and safety.
• Design and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice and improve patient care quality.
