Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to optimize the medication electronic health record. You will serve as a liaison between clinicians and IT, developing data-driven informatics plans and building systems to advance evidence-based practice and patient safety.

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy, plus EPIC Willow certification and several years in pharmacy informatics. Remote work with first-shift hours is available.

Qualifications

• Experience with medication records, formularies, shortages.
• Ability to translate decisions into system build requirements.
• Liaise effectively with clinicians and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support medication EHR with pharmacist informatics expertise.
• Lead informatics plans, data analysis, and system builds.
• Design and implement EHR changes to improve safety and practice.
• Consult providers, leadership, and clinicians to assess systems.
• Develop data analytics to monitor performance and safety.
• Create automated clinical rules to support patient care.
