Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informatics professional to leverage clinical and informatics expertise to support the medication EHR. You will collaborate with clinicians and IT to optimize workflows and improve patient safety in a remote, first-shift role.

The position requires pharmacy licensure (or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics) and Epic Willow certification within six months. Remote work from IL/WI/NC/GA is preferred with comprehensive Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy with licensure or PGY1/PGY2 in informatics.
• EPIC certification(s) within 6 months and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience integrating clinical workflows with informatics systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop informatics plans, data analyses, and systems for evidence-based practice.
• Design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds to support clinical practice.
• Consult with providers and leadership to align information systems with care delivery.
• Provide training and act as liaison between clinicians and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
