Job summary
Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist for a full-time remote role. The position leverages Epic Willow certification and pharmacist expertise to optimize medication-related workflows within the electronic health record environment.
You will design informatics plans, perform data analyses, and collaborate with clinicians and leadership to improve safety and efficiency. A Pharmacy degree and residency training are preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist degree and licensure or eligibility in the U.S.
- EPIC Willow certification or progress toward within 6 months
- Experience with healthcare informatics and EHR builds
- Strong communication with clinicians and leaders
- Ability to analyze data and oversee informatics projects
Responsibilities
- Develop informatics plans and data analyses to advance practice
- Design, evaluate, and implement Epic build changes to support clinical care
- Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems
- Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements
- Create training and education for users and teams
- Coordinate with external agencies on regulatory requirements
