Advocate Health seeks a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to leverage clinical pharmacy and informatics expertise to support the medication electronic health record. You will design, implement, and evaluate EHR builds, consult with providers and leaders, and develop data analytics to improve medication safety and workflow efficiency in a remote, first-shift role.

The role requires EPIC Willow certification, a PharmD or PGY1/PGY2 residency in pharmacy informatics, and offers comprehensive rewards,

Qualifikationen

Pharmacy degree required.
Completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residencies preferred.
EPIC Willow certification within 6 months.
Remote work availability for first shift.

Aufgaben

Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance medication safety.
Design, evaluate, and implement new EHR builds to support clinical practice.
Consult with providers and clinicians to evaluate information systems.
Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
Create data analytics to facilitate data review and improve performance.
