Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist for a remote, first-shift role to support Epic Willow builds and clinical informatics. You will liaise between clinicians and IT, develop informatics plans, perform data analyses, and optimize medication workflows in a remote-friendly environment.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, EPIC Willow certification within 6 months, and PGY1/PGY2 residency preferences.
Formación
- Licensed pharmacist with a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy.
- EPIC Willow certification within 6 months.
- PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred in pharmacy informatics.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as liaison between clinicians and informatics/IT teams.
- Develop informatics plans, data analyses and systems to improve medication safety and workflows.
- Design, evaluate and implement new EHR builds to support clinical practice and improve care quality.
- Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems and align with clinical goals.
- Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements and create analytics for performance review.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and other regulatory requirements.
