Job summary
Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to support the electronic health record and medication workflows. This remote, first-shift role leverages clinical pharmacology and informatics expertise to optimize patient safety and care through Epic Willow systems.

Qualifications
- Pharmacist licensure and Epic certification required within 6 months.
- Pharmacy degree (Bachelor's) required.
- PGY1 and PGY2 residencies in pharmacy informatics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop informatics plans, data analysis, and systems to advance evidence-based practice and improve medication safety.
- Design, evaluate, and implement new EHR builds to support clinical practice.
- Consult with providers and leadership to evaluate information systems and align medication workflows with technology.
- Support informatics solutions for clinical and operational improvements.
- Assist in data analytics to facilitate data review and performance improvement.
- Consult with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
