Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a pharmacist informaticist to leverage clinical and informatics skills in support of the medication electronic health record. You will collaborate with providers and leadership to design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds that advance evidence-based practice and medication safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and 3 years of pharmacist experience or PGY1/PGY2 in pharmacy informatics, with EPIC Willow certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity.
• 3 years of experience as a pharmacist or PGY1/PGY2 residency in pharmacy informatics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Support medication EHR with pharmacist clinical and informatics expertise.
• Designs, evaluates, and implements EHR builds for clinical practice.
• Consults with providers and clinicians to align information systems with clinical workflows.
• Develops data analytics to improve performance and patient safety.
• Implements automated clinical rules for patient care.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
