Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to support the medication EHR and clinical informatics. The role emphasizes collaboration between clinicians and IT teams to drive safe, efficient medication workflows through Epic Willow certified initiatives.

You will design, evaluate, and implement EHR builds, provide training, and analyze data to advance evidence-based practice while ensuring regulatory compliance across complex health systems.

Qualifications

Requires Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent; Epic Willow certification strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with licensure
PGY1 residency, and PGY2 residency in pharmacy informatics preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the interface between clinicians and technical teams on informatics projects
Develop informatics plans, data analyses, and systems to improve medication safety and workflows
Consult with providers and leadership to optimize EHR build and medication use
Support regulatory compliance and annual EPIC certification requirements
Create data analytics to facilitate performance review and improvement
