The role emphasizes confidentiality, accurate record-keeping, and high-quality service. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, PTCB or NHA certification, and active pharmacy technician registration.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA).
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
