Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician on our Patient Engagement team. This remote, full-time role focuses on resolving inbound patient questions in a closed-door pharmacy environment, speaking with patients, doctors, and facilities by phone, and supporting various stages of patient care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, current PTCB/NHA certification, and pharmacy technician licensure, with prior pharmacy experience and comfort using multiple software systems.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a fully remote phone-based environment.
• Exceptional customer service with patients, doctors, and facilities.
• Strong pharmacy knowledge and ability to navigate multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, technicians, and pharmacists.
