Job summary

AnewHealth, a national leader in pharmacy care management, seeks a Pharmacy Technician for our Patient Engagement team. This remote, phone-based role focuses on resolving inbound questions from patients, doctors and facilities, in a closed-door environment.

You will work with multiple pharmacy software systems and support patient care across our network. The role requires 18+, pharmacy tech certification, strong customer service, and ability to work independently from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) and maintain current certificate.
• Maintain pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients and professionals.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote, phone-based environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support periods of higher call volume as needed.
