AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician on our Patient Engagement team. This remote, closed-door environment emphasizes calling patients, doctors, and facilities to resolve service questions and support care coordination.

Ideal candidates will have a valid PTCB or NHA credential and pharmacy experience, with strong communication and confidentiality. This full-time role offers benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; PTCB or NHA certification preferred.
• Active pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients to resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional remote customer service in a closed-door environment.
• Liaise between pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Collaborate with technicians and specialists to ensure quality care.
• Maintain patient records with strict confidentiality.
• Support higher call volumes as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
