AnewHealth is hiring Pharmacy Technicians on our Patient Engagement team to provide a quality experience for patients by resolving inbound questions about their service. Work from a remote closed-door environment, speaking with patients, doctors and facilities by phone while performing essential duties.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, current PTCB or NHA certification, and state registration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and active state registration.
• Prior pharmacy setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, resolving questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical staff.
• Collaborate with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure patient care.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as backup support during peak call times.
• Assist patients with questions over the phone, documenting details.
