Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations. You will be responsible for day-to-day performance, staffing, and quality across the remote team.

You will use data-driven insights to optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to enhance patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy
• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy workflows
• Demonstrated ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, manage performance, and drive improvements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety requirements, and compliance standards
• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume, patient demand, and operational requirements.
• Partner with Care leaders to develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead through change and implement new workflows, tools, programs and operational changes.
• Develop strong proficiency across systems and tools supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations and use insights to improve workflows.
