Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a Remote Pharmacist team delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.

You will oversee daily performance, ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, develop training programs, and collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management, and Compliance to optimize workflows and service levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team with performance feedback
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance standards
• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Experience leading pharmacists in remote or centralized operations
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen or continuous improvement
• Proficiency with project management tools (G-suite, Jira) and data analysis tools (Looker)
• Experience implementing new pharmacy workflows and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists handling remote verification and consultations
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure appropriate coverage
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for compliant operations
• Lead change management for new workflows, tools, and processes
• Maintain proficiency in frontline workflows and regulatory compliance
• Escalate and manage issues with Boards of Pharmacy as needed
