You will manage daily performance, staffing, and patient experience while upholding safety and regulatory standards. You will use data to drive improvements, build training programs, collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management, and step into frontline work as needed to ensure service levels

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Experience in pharmacy operations and clinical workflows.
• Ability to use data to drive improvements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility; use data to identify opportunities.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead operational change and optimize workflows with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain proficiency across pharmacy systems and tools and support frontline operations.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
