Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, high-quality care, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee day-to-day performance, staffing, and training programs while collaborating with Cross-functional teams to enhance patient care experiences. Must possess PharmD and active US licensure.

Formación

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in your state (US).
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for remote operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Care leadership.
• Partner to develop training and quality assurance programs and facilitate change.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Workforce Management to improve workflows.
