Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience with remote or centralized pharmacy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists for verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead operational change and ensure successful adoption of new workflows.
• Develop proficiency across Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato to optimize workflows.
• Support frontline operations and participate in coverage rotations as needed.
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions.
