The role focuses on performance management, staffing, coaching, and compliance, while collaborating with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy
• 4+ years experience in a high volume pharmacy
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations
• Strong use of data and metrics to drive improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and problem solving
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical pharmacy operations
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting for operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Workforce Management
• Partner with Care leaders to develop training and quality assurance programs
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and regulatory changes
