Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification and patient consultations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Remote Pharmacists for verification, consultations, and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage across shifts.
• Partner with leaders to design training and quality assurance programs.
