Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services including verification and patient consultations.

You will manage performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Product, Workforce Management, and Operations to optimize patient care and workflows across the Remote Pharmacy Ops team.

Formación

• Active pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety compliance.
• Education: PharmD from an accredited school.
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Remote Pharmacists handling remote verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting for operations; use data to drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs with Workforce Management and Care leadership.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Support implementation of new workflows and tools; ensure adoption.
• Build proficiency across systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) and optimize workflows.
