Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations. You will manage day‑to‑day performance, drive process improvements, and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance while partnering with Pharmacy Ops, Product, and Workforce Management.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, data‑driven decision making, and ongoing coaching to develop direct reports in a fast‑paced telepharmacy

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.
• Experience leading remote or centralized pharmacy operations and teams.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Remote Pharmacist team delivering high‑quality pharmacy services.
• Oversee day‑to‑day performance across service levels, productivity, and patient experience.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs with Care leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Pharmacy Ops.
