Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback
• Experience in prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy workflows
• Ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and patient demand
• Partner with Care leadership to develop training and quality assurance programs
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and regulatory changes
• Develop proficiency across systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) and optimize workflows
• Maintain frontline pharmacy work proficiency and participate in coverage rotations as needed
• Ensure operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage escalations with cross-functional teams for timely resolution
